Role Overview: Join our team in İstanbul as a Sales Executive where you will lead sales initiatives, extend our market reach, and establish rewarding relationships with new and existing clients. Your goal will be to exceed client expectations by delivering personalized logistics solutions.

  1. Reach Out & Secure New Partnerships: Proactively contact potential clients, explain the benefits of our services, and secure new partnerships.
  2. Monitor Trends & Analyze Competitors: Stay informed on industry trends and perform competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Develop Leads & Manage Relationships: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, nurturing these relationships to close deals and build loyalty.
  4. Achieve Sales Targets: Implement our sales strategies effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
  5. Promote Services: Actively market our services across Air, Land, and Sea Freight to ensure sales growth.
  6. Collaborate & Lead: Work with teams across branches and demonstrate potential to lead your own team in driving business success.

What You Bring:

  1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the logistics industry with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering business growth.
  2. Comprehensive knowledge of the air express logistics sector, including air freight, freight forwarding, and express courier services.
  3. Familiarity with global supply chain dynamics and e-commerce logistics, as well as the regulatory environment affecting the freight and express industry.
  4. Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a focus on developing and maintaining productive, long-lasting client relationships.
  5. Fluent in both English and Turkish, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Fixed salary with bonus based on qualifications & experience.
