Position Overview

In charge of sales strategy and planning execution, bidding process of projects, complete sales orders and payment collection timely to achieve revenue and profit. In charge of market development and continuously promote company brand. Develop and maintain customer resources, identify and meet the customers' requirements by offering systematic solutions to build a solid relationship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer development and relationship maintenance: looking for new potential customers, establishing and maintaining good business relationships with existing customers. Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, meetings, etc. to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Sales plan formulation: Develop a sales plan, including market analysis, goal setting, sales strategy and budget planning. Develop effective sales strategies based on market trends and competition.
  • Product promotion: Introduce the technical characteristics, advantages and application scope of wind turbines to potential customers, and promote products through demonstrations, exhibitions, seminars, etc.
  • Demand Analysis: In-depth communication with customers to understand their energy needs, budget constraints, project timetable and other information, to customize suitable solutions.
  • Quotation and negotiation: According to customer needs and company pricing strategy, make a detailed quotation plan. During the negotiation process, negotiate prices, contract terms, and delivery conditions to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement.
  • Contract signing: Ensure that the terms of the contract are followed, assist customers to complete the contract signing procedures, and ensure the smooth progress of the delivery and payment process.
  • Sales data recording and reporting: Record customer communication and sales progress in a timely manner, generate sales reports, and report sales performance and market dynamics to sales executives or management.
  • Market intelligence collection: Continuously track market trends, competitors' dynamics and customer feedback, and provide valuable information for the company to adjust sales strategies and product optimization.
  • Partner relationship management: maintain good cooperative relations with suppliers, distributors, and partners, and coordinate partners to participate in sales activities to achieve a win-win situation.
  • Achievement of sales goals: Do our best to achieve sales goals and achieve the company's sales performance and market share growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • More than 2 years of sales experience in the power industry (wind power preferred) or heavy manufacturing industry, with a bachelor's degree or above, and a major in science and engineering preferred.
  • Master knowledge of bidding regulations, contract laws and regulations.
  • Master knowledge and practical skills in market analysis, customer analysis, marketing plan planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English skills in verbal, written, listening is mandatory requirement.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
  • Focused and goal oriented.
