Business Development Manager for Türkiye

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager for Adidas in Türkiye to play a key role in driving growth in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Turkish market, a proven track record in business development, and a passion for sports and innovation.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning - Execution: Develop and execute strategies to expand Adidas' presence in Türkiye, working closely with local functional leaders and the TR BD Lead to create action plans that support the delivery of our business plan.
- Monitor competitors' activities, market trends, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including market share estimations, NS performance, and partnership outcomes.
- Prepare effective presentations to ensure smooth integration of insights and recommendations to senior leadership to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years commercial/project and change management related experience in a multi-channel sales organization or consultancy.
- Proven experience in change management and organizational transformation, preferably in the retail or sports industry.
- Solid project management skills and strong understanding of management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret data to measure the impact of change initiatives.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate through ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
