We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamicClient Success Managerto join our team inIstanbul, Turkey. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing media strategies, optimizing account performance, and collaborating with advertisers to enhance brand visibility and drive successful advertising campaigns. Your role will require you to effectively communicate with clients, understand their goals, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize their advertising success.

What you'll do:
  • Participate in strategic planning with sales to grow or generate new business opportunities.
  • Act as a consultant for top key accounts.
  • Act as the main POC for clients to deliver campaign management and reporting in time, providing actionable insight to clients and sales with quantitative and qualitative analysis on campaign performance drivers (products, budget, costs, and creatives efficiency metrics against defined KPIs) and delivery.
  • Optimize accounts to increase spend and manage the project to success.
  • Drive education on products, company updates, and share company best practices as relevant to client or agencies' business.
  • Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams, supporting the team to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for client partners.
  • Maximize ROI for brand campaigns through optimization and up-sell recommendations supported by client-facing reports.
  • Organize & manage account information, assets & data, and reports.
  • Keep accurate record of all pending and active campaign plans, assisting to maintain campaign schedule and availability of ad placements.
What you need for this role:
  • 2+ years of experience in similar sales roles, especially within ad-tech, performance agencies, and mobile advertising companies.
  • A relevant and active network within the digital media industry.
  • Ability to find growth opportunities within your accounts by adding value.
  • Strong understanding of key digital performance metrics and principles.
  • Experience in working with clients from various verticals.
  • Ability to perform autonomously and manage relationships with the clients.
  • Compliance with working within revenue targets and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
