Client Success Specialist

We are looking for a highly experienced Client Success Specialist to join our team at York & Chapel. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the organization of key client projects, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Acts as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Project Management: Coordinates meetings with clients to identify and define project requirements and objectives, driving successful project outcomes.
- Documentation and Communication: Ensures accurate documentation of all client and agency meetings, maintaining transparency and accountability, and effectively communicating project status to all stakeholders.
- Business Understanding: Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of clients' businesses, enabling informed decision-making and tailored solutions.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conducts research on target markets and competitors, staying abreast of industry trends and developments, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- Collaboration and Planning: Works closely with internal and external resources to plan and implement solutions that meet client objectives, driving business growth and success.
- Partnership Development: Develops strong, partner-like relationships with new client accounts, establishing trust and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Delivery and Timely Execution: Ensures clients receive requested products and services on-time and on-budget, meeting their expectations and needs.
- Metrics and Reporting: Tracks client account metrics, project documentation, plans, and reports, providing valuable insights and informing strategic decisions.
- Financial Management: Oversees project financial management, including budgets and estimates, ensuring fiscal responsibility and prudence.
- Growth Opportunities: Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients, expanding relationships and increasing revenue.
- Revenue Growth: Responsible for growing existing client revenue, driving business expansion and success.
- New Business Development: Initiates and nurtures contacts to drive new business development, contributing to company growth and prosperity.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Collaborates with the sales team to reach prospective clients and develop initiatives, fostering a culture of partnership and cooperation.
- Proposal Development: Builds briefs and proposals to present to existing and new clients, showcasing value and compelling reasons to do business with York & Chapel.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possesses exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, facilitating effective collaboration and relationship-building.
- Technical Expertise: Experienced in working with WordPress and possessing a solid understanding of creative and production processes.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Demonstrates confidence communicating with clients on day-to-day activities, proactively solving problems and anticipating client needs, and being self-motivated and flexible.
- Attention to Detail and Organization: Possesses great attention to detail, is organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Tech Savviness: Has the ability to speak about and address issues surrounding technologies developed by York & Chapel.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of web design, online marketing, print production, social media marketing, analytics, and digital marketing tactics from strategic to technical.
