Global Sales Leader for Exports: Drive Business Growth in Caucasus and Central Asia

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing distributor relationships, executing sales strategies, and ensuring smooth operations within the assigned regions. You'll analyze market trends, sales data, and distributor feedback to identify opportunities for growth, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and alignment with market strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors in the Caucasus and Central Asia.
  2. Identify and onboard new distributors to expand the company's footprint.
  3. Monitor distributor performance and provide support to ensure sales targets are achieved.
  4. Support the implementation of sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of the region.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics and marketing) to ensure timely product delivery and alignment with market strategies.
  6. Liaise with finance and compliance teams to ensure adherence to budgets, credit policies, and regulatory requirements.
  7. Analyze market trends, sales data, and distributor feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  8. Manage sales forecasts, pricing, invoicing, and payment processes.
  9. Support promotional activities and initiatives in collaboration with distributors.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales and exports or distributor management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with distributors and internal teams.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Readiness to travel up to 4 times/year.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving and initiative-taking with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Adaptability and quick learning in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
