About the Role

The Strategic Customer Advocate Manager is a critical position within Wordego Inc., requiring an individual who can foster strong relationships with our clients while driving business growth through strategic guidance and support.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop and execute tailored strategies that align Wordego's platform with their business objectives. Your goal will be to ensure seamless adoption of our AI-powered visitor analytics platform and drive client success through strategic guidance and support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute tailored strategies that align Wordego's platform with the customer's business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, representing Wordego with professionalism and empathy to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to identify opportunities for growth, ensure satisfaction, and preempt potential issues.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and usage in English.
  • At least three years of experience in a customer-oriented position, preferably in advertising, marketing, or ecommerce technologies.
  • Strong understanding or interest in advertising, marketing, and ecommerce technologies.
