Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales meetings with TokenFlex corporate customers, achieving vertical growth in existing customers and horizontal growth through new customer acquisition.
  • Carry out all sales processes systematically through the CRM system.
  • Hold regular meetings with decision makers to ensure that existing customers increase their meal card fees and to ensure the sale of gift cards and other products.
  • Ensure action is taken by forwarding customer requests, complaints, and feedback to the relevant departments within the company and provide regular feedback to the customer.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and create a customer pool.
  • Establish customer relations by continuing to inform potential customers about our products and services within a certain time interval.
  • Prepare and deliver all required reports, contributing to accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
The Perfect Fit
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Good listener who explains clearly with confidence and friendliness.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields.
