
Territory Sales Director

What You Will Do
You will be responsible for leading sales teams in the assigned region and driving transformational sales programs. This involves developing and implementing sales strategies that align with company objectives, managing sales organizations and partners, and providing training and development to sales teams.
In addition, you will work closely with solution sales teams to generate sales opportunities in base customers. You will also ensure that sales teams are motivated and that accounts and opportunities are allocated to maximize revenue growth.
You will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of driving sales growth. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills and be able to work effectively in a matrix organization.
