• Proven experience in sales training or a related field.
• Previous experience working in large international retail companies (e.g., Coca-Cola, Nestle, Mondelez, PepsiCo, Danone) is desirable.
• Willingness to frequently travel to various locations for meetings and visits.
• Proficiency in English (B1+ level) and Turkish (C2 level).
