We are looking for a results-driven Business Growth and Partnerships Associate to join our team at Token Financial Technologies. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of fintech.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Growth and Partnerships Associate, you will be responsible for conducting sales meetings with corporate customers, achieving growth in existing customers, and acquiring new customers. You will also carry out all sales processes systematically through the CRM system.

You will hold regular meetings with decision makers to ensure that existing customers increase their meal card fees and to ensure the sale of gift cards and other products. Additionally, you will ensure action is taken by forwarding customer requests, complaints, and feedback to the relevant departments within the company and provide regular feedback to the customer.

You will conduct market research to identify potential customers and create a customer pool. You will establish customer relations by continuing to inform potential customers about our products and services within a certain time interval.

You will prepare and deliver all required reports, contributing to accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts. If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in related fields, advanced level of English, proficiency in MS Office applications, and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, we encourage you to apply for this role.
