As a Customer Success Manager at SabancıDx, you will ensure the successful delivery of services and projects while meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end delivery of services and projects to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
  • Engaging with customers to understand their expectations and challenges.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and subcontractors for smooth implementation and operation.
  • Monitoring service levels, resolving customer issues within SLA limits, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT services or infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to contractual matters.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
