We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our sales force. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, building key customer relationships, and negotiating business deals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute day-to-day sales strategies, including marketing efforts to drive lead generation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and close deals.
  • Manage pre-sales activities, such as product demonstrations, bid preparation, and pricing negotiation.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers, including training and product implementation.

Activities include:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline, identifying new leads and pursuing existing opportunities within our CRM system.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and showcase our products.
  • Deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiate business deals with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legislation, and best practices to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Regularly update senior management on sales progress and pipeline performance.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in software or technology sales to corporate executives.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, interacting with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
