A world of opportunity awaits you at Otokoç Automotive, a leading company in the automotive industry. As a Sales Leader - Fleet, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our sales team.
Job Description- Ensure the realization of annual sales, turnover, and profitability targets on a branch-by-branch basis, aligning with company policies and objectives.
- Guide fleet sales personnel in determining monthly targets, customer visit programs, and activities, monitor business results, support local sales, and participate in tenders.
- Establish coordination between fleet sales personnel and the Service Department to ensure timely and complete sales collections.
- Evaluate data from internal and external sources to gain new fleet customers, maintain updated customer information in the database.
- Organize periodic visits to potential customers, ensuring continuous communication through regular interactions.
- Prepare customized offers for fleet customers, participating in tenders if vehicles are purchased through this method.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in the automotive industry, preferably in fleet sales, with 3 years in managerial positions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, knowledge of vehicle sales techniques and functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication with all levels within the organization.
- Analytical thinking, system building, knowledge of business and finance.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills, proficiency in MS Office applications.
