About the Job:

Pernod Ricard Turkey is looking for a Regional Sales Development Lead to join its Antalya team. As a key member of the sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and developing strategic plans for your region.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead distributor sales teams to achieve strategic targets and ensure top-notch implementation of commercial marketing actions within your zone.
  2. Identify and create service packages within the market entry strategy for your region.
  3. Develop sales forecasts for your region, set team goals, and ensure the effective execution of central and local campaigns.
  4. Coach and mentor sales teams (PR & distributor teams), identifying individual development needs and fostering a motivated work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3–5 years of total work experience, with at least 2 years in the FMCG sector
  • Strong knowledge of the retail (traditional channel) sector
  • Familiarity with HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) and wholesale channels
