About This Opportunity

As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact between executives and internal or external colleagues.
  • Managing complex calendars and prioritizing commitments to optimize time and ensure maximum productivity.
  • Planning, organizing, and executing major projects, including large meeting organization and producing well-structured deliverables.
  • Providing administrative support functions, such as document organization and meeting preparation.
  • Handling tasks related to accounting and expense administration.
Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of work experience as an Office Assistant in a dynamic global work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Strong stakeholder management, impactful communication, and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to contribute positively and proactively to new and changing situations.
  • Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail.
