We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Sales team as an Assistant Key Account Manager.

This role involves developing strong relationships with customers, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional execution of daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer plans to drive business success.
  • Track and manage orders, invoices, accruals, and collections efficiently.
  • Facilitate excellence in execution through planning, communication, result anticipation, and corrective action implementation.
  • Nurture productive business relationships beyond the buyer, including cross-functional leaders.
  • Responsible for achieving agreed-upon key account targets and performance indicators.
  • Committed to adhering to all Company principles and policies, including trade policy, sales policy, trade terms, safety, and legal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, account management, business development, or category development in distributor or retail operations.
