We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Sales team as an Assistant Key Account Manager.
This role involves building strong relationships with customers, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent execution of daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer plans to drive business success.
- Monitor and manage orders, invoices, accruals, and collections efficiently.
- Facilitate excellence in execution by planning, communicating, anticipating results, and implementing corrective actions.
- Nurture productive business relationships beyond the buyer, including cross-functional leaders.
- Accountable for achieving agreed-upon key account targets and performance indicators.
- Adhere to all Company principles and policies, including trade policy, sales policy, trade terms, safety, and legal regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, account management, business development, or category development in distributor or retail operations.
