At Atlas Copco, we are looking for a highly skilled Vacuum Sales Specialist to join our team in Izmir. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for direct sales of vacuum components to assigned customers and achieving/exceeding the agreed annual sales plan.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Market Treatment:
    • Understand market requirements and provide technical support to assigned customers.
    • Develop expertise in vacuum solutions and create quotations.
    • Negotiate contracts and establish strong relationships with customers.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns.
  • Develop strategies to increase order intake and expand the contact base.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to develop sales strategies and identify major potentials.
  • Analyze competitor's activities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Deliver product presentations and develop potential customers in agreement with marketing and sales management.
  • Budget and control order intake and margin for assigned key customers, as well as for the sales team.
  • Manage personal expenses (travel costs, investments, customer entertainment, promotional gifts) and ensure compliance with company rules.
  • Report activities with assigned customers and provide regular updates.
Requirements:
  • Technical Background: Degree in engineering or relevant field.
  • Language Skills: Good level of English.
  • Sales Experience: Proven field sales experience required.
  • Licensing: Valid driving license.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge in vacuum technology is preferred.
  • IT Skills: Basic IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP preferred).
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently and in a structured way.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel and adapt to changing situations.
