As a Sales Manager at Kolay, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by interacting with clients at all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting and acquiring clients to negotiating and closing deals. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing new sales initiatives, managing meetings with HR, IT, and Purchasing departments, and ensuring best solutions for HR organizations of small, medium to large scale companies.

You will also navigate key senior decision-makers to identify opportunities, create value by leading in-depth conversations about HR transformation strategy needs, and stay up-to-date with product features to provide support during the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Interacting with clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Developing and implementing new sales strategies and programs.
  • Managing client meetings and understanding departmental needs.
  • Ensuring effective solutions for various company sizes.
  • Navigating senior decision-makers to identify opportunities.
  • Leading in-depth conversations on HR transformation strategy needs.
  • Providing product feature support during the sales cycle.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
  • Previous experience in HR, HR Tech, or SAAS sales is a plus.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup setting with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Motivation to enhance outreach efforts and follow up on their impact.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, results-driven individual.
  • Quick learning ability and capacity to manage multiple priorities and projects.
