Key Responsibilities

The Sales Channel Manager will be responsible for:
  • Defining and implementing sales strategies together with Product Marketing and other Sales teams.
  • Ensuring regular follow-up on strategies, financial and non-financial KPIs with targeted leads in the Region.
  • Developing strong relationships with key customers in the responsible countries and growing the business through ABB's product/solution portfolio.
  • Driving strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with partners, customers, and other decision-makers.
  • Monitoring client financial status and reporting any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams.


The ideal candidate will possess electrical engineering or equivalent university degree, minimum 10 years of experience in marketing and sales, and good technical knowledge in the field of MV subcomponents. Additionally, they should have experience in distribution utility tenders, generating distributors, and contractual negotiations. Fluency in Turkish and English is required, as well as excellent communication skills both externally and internally with customers.

This role requires a high level of organizational and leadership skills, as well as ability to work effectively in a team environment. The candidate will be responsible for providing coaching, motivation, and development support to direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.
