Your Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify potential B2B clients and industry trends, generate leads through various channels, and maintain and update our CRM system. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and connect with potential clients, gather and analyze feedback from prospects to improve sales strategies and approaches, and actively engage in training sessions and mentorship opportunities to develop your skills in sales and business development.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need recently graduated with a strong interest in business development and sales, eagerness to explore and learn about sales strategies and client relations, strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, especially in fast-paced environments.

You'll also need excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with others, and ability to work from the office 5 days a week.
