As a Technical Quality Manager at SAP SE, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality in our SAP Premium Engagements.
You will be responsible for analyzing and understanding customer situations/requirements, including business requirements, program/project, IT, transformational, architecture, development, infrastructure, and operational topics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand customer situations/requirements, including business requirements, program/project, IT, transformational, architecture, development, infrastructure, and operational topics
- Manage engagement quality and execution of Premium Engagement services, including governance, top issue/escalation management, executive reporting & presentations, resource staffing, procurement, contract management, and services delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their business needs are met
- Plan and execute SAP Premium Engagements service plans to drive success on the customer's digital transformation roadmap
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree: Science, Tech, Engineering, Math and/or equivalent experience in the field of technology
- 5+ hands-on experience on SAP Solutions/Technology/development as a senior expert. Industry/operation management/project management skills/experience is an asset
- Fluency in English and Turkish
- Broad understanding of SAP Solutions
- Broad understanding of SAP Solution Manager/Cloud ALM strategy and scenarios
- Understanding in SAP strategy including service portfolio & Cloud transformation
- Strong business acumen and presentation skills, C-Level communication skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy, and professionalism, and is highly customer service oriented with strong customer management skills
- Proven problem-solving skills and strong work ethic are required
