We are looking for a teammate to join our team and lead our full-time team of HR Consulting Specialist-Customer Success experts. This position aims to ensure 100% digitalization of companies' human resources processes. You will work as a solution partner to our customers' companies and human resources managers, and work with the Sales and Customer Success team at Kolay. At the same time, you will lead a successful team.

This is a completely remote job. However, it is preferable for the candidates to reside in Istanbul in terms of participation in possible face-to-face meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Learn all aspects of HR as much as possible and share the knowledge with HR professionals.
  • Create customer happiness and try to increase NPS.
  • Help digitalization of HR for small and medium businesses.
  • Upsell new applications to current customers.
  • Activate new companies with data integration and design Kolay for company needs.
  • Analyze the purchasing companies and manage the portfolio correctly to prioritize.
  • Manage the reasons why companies do not purchase or do not actively use and inform the product team in detail.
  • Focus on building a long-term relationship with the clients.
  • Follow the process and ensure the sale is closed.
  • Minimize churn of companies.
  • Work closely with other teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer feedback is integrated into overall business strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports for the head of customer detailing team performance, customer satisfaction, and areas for improvement.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of team members through metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements

  • 7 years experience in HR, Customer Success, or Customer Engagement.
  • Product-oriented, highly motivated, energetic, results-driven.
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills and persuasiveness.
  • Experience selling to HR, Sales, and SaaS in a B2B environment is an advantage.
  • Experience in a specific sector is a plus (such as Automotive, Hotels, Production, etc.).
  • Related Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Being part of one of Turkey's most successful startups.
