The Partner Success Team at Insider consists of individuals from 31 different nationalities, who are quick learners & problem solvers, master problem solvers, resolvers, caregivers, and igniters. They work together towards meaningful goals, implementing best practices creatively and innovatively, and have their eyes set on the ultimate goal of partners' success in all 25 regions.

Your Role
You will be responsible for:
  1. Proactively driving adoption and retention,
  2. Building relationships with customers and ensuring they receive maximum impact from our services,
  3. Working closely with Customer Success Specialists and Account Managers, and being the primary contact for partners,
  4. Orchestrating efforts to keep adoption and usage high, while driving value recognition,
  5. Providing best use cases according to partner needs, helping them with panel usage, training new partners, and consulting on using our products effectively.
