Job Summary:

This experienced Key Account Manager/Sales Engineer will work closely with customers to develop new applications and provide tailored solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales management skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and develop sales strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide expert consultation on thermal spray coating solutions and facilitate sampling and demonstration activities.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales planning and execution.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in materials or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience: Approximately 2 years of experience in a sales department, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Skills: Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written, and a valid driving license.
  • Attitude: Strong desire to learn, adapt to change, and continuously improve sales performance.
