Territory Expansion Representative

We are seeking a Territory Expansion Representative to join our team in the Central Anatolia and Eastern Anatolia Regions of Turkey. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our presence in the region, developing business relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They will also possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a passion for life-saving technology.

  • Develop and execute expansion strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and clinicians.
  • Prepare and deliver technical specifications and quotations of our products/solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Analyze sales data and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Min 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience in the Healthcare sector, preferably in both capital equipment and consumable sales.
  • Residing in the Central or Eastern Anatolia Regions of Turkey.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to enhance teamwork within the department and maintain a collaborative relationship with all levels of the organization.
