Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Category Performance: Analyze and improve category performance to drive growth and profitability.
  • Channel Activities: Plan and execute channel activities with the sales team to meet sales, growth, and profitability targets.
  • Market Insights: Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and product performance indicators to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales, key account, or channel management within FMCG companies.
  • Skills: Strong command of English, proactive approach, result-oriented professional, strategic thinking capabilities, and SAP knowledge is an asset.
