Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include managing all customer interactions, whether via phone or otherwise, ensuring that each guest receives accurate and timely information. You will also oversee various reservations and ensure that they align with hotel policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of 1-year experience in a related role within Front Office or Reservations is mandatory. Proficiency in customer service techniques, effective communication, and adaptability is crucial for success. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and fluency in English are highly desirable.
