Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Sales Executive to manage sales activities, implement brand strategies, and build strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets. This role involves:

  • Managing business development of sales activities.
  • Delivering net sales targets, budgets, and other relevant metrics by customer.
  • Developing and articulating brand strategies into actionable plans via collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Pricing and promotion strategies aligned with brand strategies and market practices.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service to secure a preferred supplier status.
  • Understanding key customers' needs and requirements, expanding relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Tracking distribution by channel, by customer closely and listing status per category while driving assortment optimization with analytical metrics.
  • Implementing company priorities, channel & brand strategies 100% in own field.
  • Driving launch process from planning to execution, and ensuring success of launch projects.
  • Leading effective forecasting cycles for key categories in collaboration with Supply Chain and Sales teams.
