Sales Business Development Executive

We are looking for a talented Sales Executive to manage sales activities, implement brand strategies, and build strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets. This role involves:
- Managing business development of sales activities.
- Delivering net sales targets, budgets, and other relevant metrics by customer.
- Developing and articulating brand strategies into actionable plans via collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Pricing and promotion strategies aligned with brand strategies and market practices.
- Ensuring excellent customer service to secure a preferred supplier status.
- Understanding key customers' needs and requirements, expanding relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Tracking distribution by channel, by customer closely and listing status per category while driving assortment optimization with analytical metrics.
- Implementing company priorities, channel & brand strategies 100% in own field.
- Driving launch process from planning to execution, and ensuring success of launch projects.
- Leading effective forecasting cycles for key categories in collaboration with Supply Chain and Sales teams.
