1. Bachelor degree of Environmental or Mechanical Engineering

2. At least 3 years of experience in planning, designing, commissioning or operating wastewater treatment plants is desirable.

3. Having necessary industry knowledge and skills at a level sufficient to develop commercial strategies.

4. Good command of English both in speaking & writing

5. Expert user in MS Office applications

6. Customer oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills

7. Valid driving license and no obstacle for traveling for domestic & abroad visits

8. No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • To be responsible for sales management in the field of wastewater treatment & reuse systems in Turkey and abroad.
  • To manage collaboration with main suppliers based abroad.
  • To periodically visit customers to identify their requirements in line with the company's product and service portfolio.
  • To evaluate business opportunities, predict marketing and business development opportunities, and create strategy suggestions for the upcoming periods.
  • To conduct sales activities focused on creating market conditions and consistently seeking new opportunities.
  • To coordinate the relations to be established with the customer and the follow-up of the related works.
  • To develop unique solutions and project management approaches for the customers.
  • To evaluate and coordinate the pre-bidding request from customers.
  • To determine the number of bids to be submitted in order to achieve the targeted turnover by meeting with the management team.
  • To obtain feedback on the submitted bids and conduct a root cause analysis for the bids that did result positively.
  • To sign the contract with the client within the scope of his/her authority and to ensure coordination between the company units.
