Ne Bekliyoruz ?
- 4 yıllık Lisans mezunu,
- Tercihen danışmanlık ya da insan kaynaklarının organizasyonel gelişim/tasarım alanında en az 3 yıllık deneyim,
- Organizasyonel tasarım, iş gücü planlaması ve rol sorumluluk adresleme süreçleri hakkında deneyim sahibi,
- İletişim becerileri güçlü, çözüm odaklı ve ekip çalışmasına yatkın,
- Araştırmacı, sonuç odaklı ve dinamik,
- MS Office programlarını çok iyi seviyede kullanabilen,
- Yazılı ve sözlü İngilizcesi iyi.

Turkcell'de Organizasyonel Gelişim/ Tasarım Yöneticisi/Danışmanı Rolü Ne Yapar?
- Sorumluluğundaki fonksiyonun organizasyonel gelişim ihtiyaçlarını tanımlanması, birimin ve diğer fonksiyonlarla ilişkileri yönetilmesi,
- Organizasyon yapısının şirketin stratejik girişimleri, iş ve pazar talepleri ile uyumlu hale getirilmesi,
- Şirket stratejisine göre organizasyonel değişim ve iş süreçlerine yönelik gereksinimlerin tanımlanması,
- Organizasyon yapısının düzenli denetimlerinin yapılması ve organizasyonu daha verimli hale getirecek değişikliklerin tasarlanması,
- Fonksiyondaki birimlerin süreç, Anahtar Performans Göstergelerini (KPI) tanımlar,
- Organizasyonel değişimin hedeflerinin ve KPI'larının tanımlanması, hedeflerin periyodik olarak takip edilmesi,
- Üst yönetime gerekli analiz ve raporların hazırlanması ve periyodik olarak raporlanması,
- Rollerin, sorumlulukların ve kritik iş süreçlerinin tanımlanması ve güncellenmesi,
- Fonksiyonlar arası hesap verebilirlik sınırlarının belirlenmesi,
- Global seviyede organizasyonel gelişim trendlerinin takip edilmesi, araştırma ve kıyaslama raporlarının hazırlanması,
- İhtiyaçlara yönelik proje önerilerinin getirilmesi & projelerde aktif görev alınmasıdır.
