Unser dynamisches Inside Sales Team sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt motivierte Verstärkung. Als Inside Sales Manager (all genders) bist du ein entscheidender Teil unseres Vertriebserfolgs. Du gewinnst neue Kunden für unsere innovativen Consulting-, Software- und Digital Marketing-Services im DACH-Raum. Deine Kommunikationsstärke und dein Verkaufstalent setzt du ein, um potenzielle Kunden zu identifizieren, Erstgespräche zu führen und maßgeschneiderte Angebote zu erstellen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Kolleg:innen treibst du den gesamten Verkaufsprozess voran und sorgst so für nachhaltiges Wachstum der TWT Group.

,Deine Mission
  • Übernahme eines festes Accountportfolios von Enterprise Kunden und Kunden im Mittelstand
  • Eigenständige Recherche, Identifikation und Ansprache von Entscheidern
  • Vorstellung der TWT Dienstleistungen (Consulting, Software Lösungen und Digital Marketing Communication Services und Lösungen per Email und via Social Media sowie telefonisch
  • Übernahme von Marketingleads und gezielte Platzierung von Folge-Aktivitäten.
  • Identifikation der Kundenanforderungen und Bedürfnisse, Abgleich mit dem TWT Leistungs- und Service-Portfolio
  • Initiierung und enge Begleitung des Angebotsprozess, um eine frist- und formgerechte Angebotsabgabe zu gewährleisten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den TWT-Geschäftsbereichen und der Geschäftsführung
,Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im telefonischen Kundenkontakt-Management
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Kaltakquise und Direktansprache von mittelständischen Unternehmen bis hinzu Konzerngröße
  • Vertraut im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Unternehmenskunden und Spaß an der Begeisterung und Gewinnung von Kunden
  • Gezieltes und nachhaltiges Verfolgen von Vertriebschancen sowie souveränes Entkräften von Einwänden und nutzenorientierte Argumentation
  • Geübter Umgang mit digitalen Medien
  • Kontaktfreude, Zielstrebigkeit und Abschlussorientierung
