About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Expansion Specialist, EMEA Region to join our team at Miele. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the ERT & KRT sales channels while strengthening our brand position in the market.

Your primary responsibility will be to guide and support our sales teams, build strong relationships with key partners, and drive sales growth through strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Sales Growth: Provide direction and support the partner team to achieve annual sales targets, whilst continuously improving performance and efficiency.
  2. Maintain Market Presence: Understand the opportunities within all customer channels, monitor our presence within each channel and maximize our growth opportunities.
  3. Implement Miele Guidelines: Ensure the implementation of the Miele Guidelines in accordance with legislation, company policy, procedures and quality standards.
  4. Forecasting and Planning: Work closely with the key stakeholders and the Sales Back Office to ensure accurate forecasting is submitted, including promotional activities and activation plans to deliver the agreed targets.
  5. Product Placement: Ensure high quality, premium presence of the optimal product mix in each type of the POS.
  6. Relationship Building: Build a robust relationship with key daily contacts, be a team player, and inspire and develop the ERT & KRT sales team to deliver excellent results.
  7. Business Planning: Support and drive the Partner team to produce business plans which deliver the expected results.
