
Global Sales Enablement Manager

At Amazon, we're committed to helping small and medium-sized businesses grow and thrive. As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in identifying and onboarding new sellers, as well as assisting existing sellers to drive sales generated from selling on Amazon.
Job Overview
- Identify and onboard new Sellers to drive sales growth on Amazon.
- Assist Sellers during the onboarding process, ensuring they start selling on time according to plan.
- Engage with prospective Sellers to understand their needs and gauge fit with Amazon's Services product set.
- Develop a clear understanding of Amazon's Selling on Amazon products, features, and functionalities, and drive feature adoption among Sellers.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- 3+ years of successful sales or account management experience, preferably in e-commerce, B2B sales, online services, or retail industries.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
- Result-oriented, strong commitment, and ownership towards goals or targets assigned.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Highly analytical with data-driven mindset, comfortable with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill in English.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and Chinese.
