About the company:

Transsion Holdings is a leading global player in the mobile phone industry with a presence in over 70 markets across the world, especially in the African and South Asian markets.

We are looking for a Channel Sales Director to join our team and drive sales growth and expansion efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading sales teams, and negotiating contracts with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Negotiate and agree on contracts, pricing, and partnership terms with customers and partners.
  • Analyze sales performance data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, AIoT, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales management.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and expansion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English is required.
