Sales Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts in the travel trade and corporate segment.

Main Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Generate new business through various sales activities
• Close deals based on market conditions and hotel needs
• Implement and execute sales objectives and action plans
• Act as the point of contact for customers
• Monitor sales metrics and provide insights to improve sales performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant role(s)
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to manipulate data in Excel
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Proven experience in Sales Management within the accommodation or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

This position requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing sales and revenue in a fast-paced environment.
