About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and ambitious individual to take on the role of Sales and Business Development Manager within our organization.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to increase sales revenue.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
  • 2 years proven sales experience, Industry Liaison & Sales – an advantage.
  • Native or Advanced level English; additional European languages – an advantage.
  • Previous work experience in an international environment with global offices/markets.
  • Ability to travel 4-5 times a year.
