DSV - Global Transport and Logistics seeks an experienced Payroll Specialist, HR to manage our payroll operations. This role involves managing end-to-end employee salary payments, additional payments, and deductions, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Executing all recruitment and exit processes in line with regulations to maintain compliance and efficiency.
  • Oversight of SGK & İşkur notifications, employee leave tracking, and personnel affairs.
  • Managing relations with the payroll company and administering BES (Private Pension System) & private health insurance operations.
  • A key requirement is a solid understanding of personnel cost calculation, proficiency in managing calculations such as severance and notice payments, and strong expertise in detailed payroll calculation logic.
  • You will analyze wage & benefits market research to support compensation strategies and assist in coordinating employee budget planning and periodically rolling forecast processes.
  • The submission of headcount and FTE's to the region is also a responsibility of this position.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll & compensation processes is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll, Labor Law & SGK regulations is necessary.
  • Experience in budget planning & HR analytics is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting tools is required.
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills with attention to detail are essential.
  • Outstanding communication & organizational skills are necessary.
  • A minimum Intermediate level of English is required.
