
Sales Growth Specialist

As an integrator and software editor, we deliver turnkey solutions combining mechanics, automation, electronics, robotics, and software intelligence.
Our flagship products include AGV/AMR robots, pick-to-light systems, and smart sorters.
This role involves driving business development in Turkey by identifying new customers, understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating profitable deals, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue and secure new customers in logistics, postal, robotics, and industrial sectors
- Negotiate and close profitable deals with a focus on margin
- Develop competitive offers balancing cost efficiency and customer value
- Follow up on leads and opportunities until successful closure
- Exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Anticipate future needs and ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities
- Regularly report on pipeline, forecasts, and results to management
Your Profile:
- University degree in technical or business fields
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales (logistics, postal, robotics, industrial sectors)
- Proven ability in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
- Strong result-oriented mindset with a focus on margin and profitability
- Fluent in professional English
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Valid driver's license, willing to travel across Turkey
- Must reside on the European side of Istanbul
