Main Objectives:
  • Create and implement strategic plans to align clients with suitable freelancers, fostering successful partnerships.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships within our freelancer community, boosting collaboration and engagement.
  • Drive client success by offering expert advice and support, significantly improving overall customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze client feedback and satisfaction regularly, developing targeted initiatives to enhance loyalty.
  • Rapidly address client concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Continuously refine operational processes, streamline workflows, and enhance platform usability through automation and optimization techniques.
  • Effectively utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, opportunities, and deals, ensuring accurate data and integrity.
Key Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, backed by a customer-centric philosophy.
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends, products, and technologies, integrating them into operational processes.
  • Native fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • A solutions-driven mindset, coupled with analytical thinking and efficient process management.
  • Collaborative team player with an open-minded attitude toward growth.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Beneficial experience in a startup environment or familiarity with startup culture.
  • Adaptability to work in a hybrid model, spending at least three days per week at our office.
