This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at China Mobile International Limited.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our business development efforts in Turkey. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our customer portfolio, and driving revenue growth through proactive client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Turkish market.
  2. Expand the customer portfolio by establishing relationships with potential clients across various industries.
  3. Develop and implement effective direct sales strategies to achieve and exceed the sales team's annual quantitative and qualitative objectives.
  4. Drive consistent revenue growth through proactive client engagement.
  5. Actively promote and nurture existing and prospective customer relationships through targeted development initiatives.
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction throughout the contractual period.
  7. Act as a liaison between customers and the broader sales team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  8. Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to refine strategies and offerings.
  9. Foster strong, long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  10. Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly, maintaining trust and partnership.
