
Service Experience Excellence Manager

We are seeking a Service Experience Excellence Manager to join our high-performing team at Vodafone Turkey and drive solutions to improve the customer experience and level of service.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a solid background in Product-life cycle and Channel/touchpoint design, with experience in leading cross-functional projects, particularly in CX related projects. Strong interpersonal, team communication, coordination and facilitation skills are essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- E2E journey design of new products to be launched, aligning with Vodafone Group's digital first proposition checklist.
- Gathering customer & channel insights to identify customer pain points and turn them into project requirements.
- Collaborating with Customer Insights, UX Research and Big Data teams to understand customer needs.
