We are looking for a 'Subsidiary Customer Service Manager' for our global client in the Luxury Goods and Jewellery.

This position is responsible for the department's strategy and planning, people management, and analysis, and will report to regional C-level executives and global leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage and develop the activities of the Customer Service department
  • Exert a functional supervision of the local Customer Service structure and activities
  • Participate in recurring strategic meetings and inform management of key customer service issues
  • Define and meet departmental objectives fixed on yearly basis
  • Conduct formal performance appraisals and provide ongoing feedback on performance, set objectives for staff
  • Assess staff training needs and develop customer service skills
  • Collaborate on planning and operational alignment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and international standards
  • Supervise and guide service operations
  • Drive issue resolution and service excellence
  • Ensure and oversee the compliance of Authorized Technical Centers, subcontractors, and service networks with company standards.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in a relevant field.
  • Advanced level of English is a must.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in setting objectives, creating strategies, and implementing them.
  • Team management and leadership skills, experience in employee motivation, performance evaluations, and creating personal development plans.
  • Ability to ensure collaboration and coordination within the team.
  • A customer-sensitive and solution-oriented approach, a desire to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of legal service regulations is a plus.
  • SAP knowledge and hands-on experience.
