Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a market-leading strategy that strengthens Gaggenau's premium positioning and drives sales growth.
- Collaborate with industry stakeholders to position Gaggenau as the preferred choice in premium home solutions.
- Elevate marketing, retail, and customer experience initiatives to align with the brand's global identity.
- Lead acquisitions and form long-term alliances with construction firms and real estate project owners.
- Manage revenue streams and optimize profitability within the commercial projects segment.
What You'll Bring:
- 15+ years of sales and commercial experience, with 10+ years in leadership roles; luxury/premium brand experience is an asset.
- Proven ability to shape commercial strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term market positioning.
