
Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Business Development Manager to join AJW Group. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers within the industry.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key industry decision-makers to maximize opportunities through frequent visits and contact.
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer requests via various communication channels.
- Provide accurate quotes and follow up daily to close on quotations from the previous day.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers.
- Maximize all available opportunities.
- Present, negotiate, and close business deals with new or existing customers.
- Collaborate with regional team members to ensure opportunities are maximized and defined targets for the region are met or exceeded.
- Understand customer needs and be the voice of the customer.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of Business Development or marketing/Sales management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A strategic thinker with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workloads efficiently.
- Good problem-solving ability with initiative and common sense.
- Multiple language skills are an advantage.
- Relocation to Turkiye/Istanbul/Beylikduzu is required.
