Job SummaryThe National Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies that drive sales growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and enhance brand presence. This position requires strong negotiation skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to build long-term relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities- Account Development: Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts in alignment with business objectives.
- Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure seamless collaboration at both commercial and operational levels.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate and finalize trade terms, annual agreements, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of Field Executives to achieve merchandising, visibility, and category management objectives.
- Partnership Development: Foster internal and external top-to-top alignment to drive win-win partnerships with key customers.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
