Job Description:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop and implement effective solutions for day-to-day challenges.
- Ensure seamless communication between team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Document preparation and reporting.
- Email and phone traffic management.
- Meeting organization and travel arrangements.
- Personal assistant duties for board members.
- Minute taking and distribution.
- Communication coordination with Senior Management.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from reputable universities.
- Advanced level English language skills.
- At least 6 years of experience in similar positions.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Previous experience as a Board Assistant and/or working with senior managers/directors.
- Expertise in project management and time management.
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively.
