Job Description
The Practice Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the activities of the Istanbul office. This position requires a high level of technical competence, effective communication skills, and a strong ability to work collaboratively with others.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process financial documents, including vendor invoices and payment processing.
- Manage client files, including electronic files in iManage.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, and ensure that necessary materials are prepared.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track key metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a law firm or professional service organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
