Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute comprehensive business plans and targets, ensuring seamless alignment with company objectives;
- Lead and motivate the sales team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes excellence;
- Design and implement robust training programs, empowering team members to excel in sales and customer service;
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures that optimize team performance and productivity;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product development and improve user experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher; proficiency in English may be necessary;
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years of telesales team management experience;
- Strong understanding of sales operations, including planning, implementation, and quality control;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Passion for innovation and customer satisfaction;
- Background in education, telesales, or call centers is highly valued.
